We always loved the resident events but the one last summer was my favorite! They hired 'Just Chillin' to come out and serve unlimited snowballs and ice cream, a huge blowup obstacle course for the kids and provided plenty of food and great items for raffle. The maintenance guys were always on top of my work orders, even when my son decided to flush one of his action figures! :/ Honestly, the commute to New Orleans each day was worth it and I would do it all over again if I hadn't been relocated even further. Their groundskeeper was super laid back and always kept the community picked up and looking top notch. They were outside in the rain maintaining gutters and parking lots to ensure our safety. We were sent updated emails, prep letters to the apartment door and notices on where to pick up sandbags if needed. The staff was always on top of things when we had any flood warnings in the area or hurricane "scares". I consistently saw them in the leasing office before and after office hours almost daily. The managers have always been very friendly and definitely go above and beyond. I had nothing bad to say then or now! Heck, I even made $600.00 for referring two of my co-workers shortly after we moved in.
The community had beautiful landscaping, clean grounds and affordable two bedroom apartments. We needed an apartment close to the causeway bridge for my daily commute back and forth to work. Cypress Lake Apartments is a GREAT place to call home! My family moved to Cypress Lake in 2016.
